INFORMATIONS CONCERNING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ACCORDING ARTICLE 11 OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Right of withdrawal
The Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the Product (the Withdrawal).
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 (fourteen) days after the day upon which the Customer receives the Product.
To exercise the Withdrawal, the Customer shall inform Stelle S.r.l., VAT no. 01883350991, with its registered office in Genoa (GE), Italy, Via Galata 74R (Stelle), about the decision to withdraw from the contract (the Purchase Contract), by sending a written communication only by the Withdrawal form on the following link (the Withdrawal Form).
To respect the Withdrawal term, the Customer must send the Withdrawal Form by the procedure specified on the Site within the expirations of the withdrawal period.
Effect of withdrawal
Where the Consumer exercises the Withdrawal, Stelle will reimburse all payments received from the Customer in connection with the Purchase Contract, including shipping costs (except additional costs related to Customer’s choice of a more expensive shipping than the standard shipping offered by Stelle), without undue delay and within 14 (fourteen) days from the communication of the Withdrawal (the Refund).
The Refund will be made in the same manner in which the Customer made the payment, unless the Customer has expressly agreed a different means of payment; in any case, the Customer shall not bear any costs for the Refund.
The Refund may be suspended until Stelle received the Product back or Customer have supplied evidence of having sent back the Product, whichever is the earliest.
The Customer shall return the Product to the following addres: via Galata 74R, Genoa (GE), Italy, without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the Withdrawal. This deadline is met if the Customer sends back the Product before the period of 14 (fourteen) days has expired.
Customer will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Product.
The Customer shall be responsible for the reduction in value of the Product resulting from manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the Products.
Under article 11.5 of General Conditions of Sale, in compliance with article 59, first paragraph, letter b) of the Consumer Code, the Withdrawal does not apply with products (mostly gold, precious gems, pearls, etc.) whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market.
In compliance with article 59, first paragraph, letter c) of the Consumer Code, The Withdrawal does not apply to customised products or clearly personalized (e.g. engraved stones, rings with specific size, etc.).
