You have a period of 30 days from the delivery date to return the jewelry following the written instructions provided by email@example.com. We suggest that you keep note of your return tracking number, which is located on the label itself.
The item you wish to return must have been purchased through Gismondi 1754’s website) All returns must be shipped from the same Country they were purchased from.
When returning your order, please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition you received it, in a new and unworn state, with its security tags intact, and accompanied by all materials and documents you received with your order (jewelry box, guarantee card, etc.).
Gismondi 1754 USA Inc. will at no time accept returns if the jewelry shows signs of wear or has been altered or modified from its original condition in any way.
If you return or send to Gismondi 1754 USA Inc. any Product that is not eligible for return or refund in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to items considered Made to Order), any Product that is not listed on the return authorization from Gismondi 1754 USA Inc. in respect of the respective shipment from you to us, and/or any product that you did not purchase from Gismondi 1754 USA Inc., we may, without notice to you, retain and dispose of such Product(s) and/or product(s) at our discretion, and refunds or credits will not be issued for such Product(s) and/or product(s).
Where the Consumer exercises the Withdrawal, Gismondi 1754 USA inc will reimburse all payments received from the Customer in connection with the Purchase Contract, including shipping costs (except additional costs related to Customer’s choice of a more expensive shipping than the standard shipping offered by Gismondi 1754 USA Inc.), without undue delay and within 14 (fourteen) days from the communication of the Withdrawal (the Refund).
The Refund will be made in the same manner in which the Customer made the payment, unless the Customer has expressly agreed a different means of payment; in any case, the Customer shall not bear any costs for the Refund.
The Refund may be suspended until Gismondi 1754 USA inc received the Product back or Customer have supplied evidence of having sent back the Product, whichever is the earliest.
The Customer shall return the Product to the address communicated by firstname.lastname@example.org via e-mail, without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the Withdrawal. This deadline is met if the Customer sends back the Product before the period of 14 (fourteen) days has expired.
Should you wish to return a jewel you have ordered, you must inform by writing an email at email@example.com
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once your return has been received, please allow up two (2) weeks for processing.
A refund will be reflected on your credit card statement within 10 business days. For payments made with PayPal the refund can take up to 30 days.
All returns are subject to strict Quality Control to ensure that the returned products satisfy the conditions of the return policy. If the products do not meet QC standards, Gismondi 1754 will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have received free items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products.
