You have a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to return the jewelry via the provided pre-paid FedEx shipping label. We suggest that you keep note of your return tracking number, which is located on the label itself.
The item you wish to return must have been purchased through Gismondi 1754’s online boutique. All returns must be shipped from the same Country they were purchased from.
When returning your order, please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition you received it, in a new and unworn state, with its security tags intact, and accompanied by all materials and documents you received with your order (jewelry box, guarantee card, etc.).
Gismondi 1754 will at no time accept returns if the jewelry shows signs of wear or has been altered or modified from its original condition in any way.
Final Sale – Made to order and Trunk Show products are not eligible for return or refund.
If you return or send to Gismondi 1754 any Product that is not eligible for return or refund in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to items considered Made to Order), any Product that is not listed on the return authorization from Gismondi 1754 in respect of the respective shipment from you to us, and/or any product that you did not purchase from Gismondi 1754, we may, without notice to you, retain and dispose of such Product(s) and/or product(s) at our discretion, and refunds or credits will not be issued for such Product(s) and/or product(s).
Should you wish to return a jewel you have ordered, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by writing an email at XXXX.XXXXXX.XXXXX
Gismondi 1754 will provide you with a Return Authorization Number, which must be noted on the return form included in the original shipment.
To return your item, stick the pre-paid label on the parcel. Drop off your package at the nearest manned FedEx location, to receive a shipping receipt that will guarantee that your parcel is insured for theft or loss during transit. The receipt is your proof of shipment.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once your return has been received, please allow up two (2) weeks for processing.
A refund will be reflected on your credit card statement within 10 business days. For payments made with PayPal the refund can take up to 30 days.
All returns are subject to strict Quality Control to ensure that the returned products satisfy the conditions of the return policy. If the products do not meet QC standards, Gismondi 1754 will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have received free items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products.
